With the vision to become India’s first truly integrated open die forging company – ArcVac was established by first generation entrepreneurs R. K. Chhajer and Binod Chhajer in 2005.
The plant is strategically located in Eastern India on a sprawling million square feet complex encompassing modern:
- Steel Melting plant for high quality ingots for forging
- Forge shop along with heat treatment and machining facilities
- World class Quality Control Facilities including a NABL (ISO : 17025) accredited metallurgical laboratory
The company is professionally managed by over 50 metallurgical & mechanical engineers & management graduates. A team of over 250 blue and white collared associates are guided by the board of directors and senior experts.
