ArcVac was founded in 2005, but its story began in 1985, when the Chhajer brothers started from a modest 300 sq. ft. office in Kolkata. The early years were shaped by persistence, hands-on learning, and disciplined effort. Over time, this way of working became part of ArcVac’s identity as Hardwork University, a culture where people grow through ownership, effort, and learning by doing. Today, ArcVac has evolved into a 20-acre integrated steelmaking and forging facility, but the belief remains the same: Here, hard work remains the greatest qualification.
