ArcVac’s journey began with limited resources but unwavering intent. What started as a small trading venture has now grown into a fully integrated steelmaking and forging facility.

The Beginning
1979–1985
Started with a briefcase, ₹25,000, and an unrelenting spirit. What began as a trading venture grew into a modest 300 sq. ft. office in Kolkata, built on hands-on learning, determination, and entrepreneurial drive.

Entering Manufacturing
1992
Took the first step from trading to manufacturing with the establishment of a forge shop, bringing production capability into the business for the first time.

The Vision Takes Shape
2003–2008
Capability is not inherited here. It is built through effort, ownership, and learning by doing.

Quality Becomes a Habit
2015
Achieved ISO 17025 (NABL) accreditation, strengthening in-house testing, validation, traceability, and process control across the manufacturing journey.

Global Quality and Responsibility
2025
Achieved TPG-PRI accreditation, becoming the first steel manufacturer in India and among a select few globally to meet this benchmark. The same year, ArcVac achieved ISO 14064, ISO 14067, and CBAM compliance, along with a nomination for the German Sustainability Award.
